NB: the Credit Suisse subsidiaries Bank Leu AG, Bank Hofmann AG, BGP Banca di Gestione Patrimoniale SA and Credit Suisse Fides merged with the Credit Suisse subsidiary Clariden Bank. The merger took place by absorption in accordance with the Swiss Merger Act of 2003. As such, all assets and liabilities of the absorbed companies were automatically transferred to Clariden Bank by operation of law. At the same time, Clariden Bank changed its name to Clariden Leu AG (Clariden Leu Ltd; Clariden Leu SA). Clariden Leu remains a fully controlled subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group.
