NPB investment funds:
The New Private Bank Ltd. (NPB) offers both funds with domicile Switzerland and with domicile Luxembourg. The lead of the custody account in Switzerland has been taken over by Bank Sarasin. In Luxembourg this role is performed by Fortis Bank. Both the Swiss fund and the Luxembourg Umbrella-fund, which meets the SIVAC III-Regulations, have been permited in Switzerland to public sale by the Swiss Federal Banking Comission.

NPB/Finaport Dynamic Fixed Income Fund (Fund with domicile Switzerland)
The fund according to Swiss law category “other funds for traditional Investments” which was launched in March 2008 invests in a globally diversified portfolio composed of fixed income investements. The diversification and income potential of innovative fixed income strategie is used thereby in terms of a multi-manager-approach. The fund is qualified for long-term orientated investors who would like to achieve a stable return with an accurately selected portfolio and a higher return compared to common bond investments over a longer period.

NPB Strategy Dynamic
This partial fund, which was founded in 2002, invests in equities and bonds, whereby the weighting of these two investment categories is adapted dynamically by the asset manager depen-ding on market expectations. Based on the amended investment guidelines, the fund has also been able to invest in structured products with a conditional or full capital guarantee since spring 2006. Based on the comprehensive know-how of the NPB and depending on market expectations, those product structures are selected which show the most attractive risk/reward profile.

NPB Asia (ex Japan)
This partial fund, founded in January 2003, is managed by Pheim Asset Management in Singapore, one of the leading asset mana-gers for Asian shares in Singapore. Based on a value approach, the fund invests primarily in smaller- and medium-sized Asian companies.
