Bernard Keller will remain Member of the Bank’s Executive Board as Head Switzerland and join the Executive Board of Julius Baer Group Ltd. as of 1 January 2010.

Giovanni Flury, aged 55, will assume his new function as Head of the Ticino and Italian market as of 1 January 2010. He can draw from more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry in Ticino. He joined the Group’s Lugano-based operations in 2000 as Head of Private Banking and a member of the local management team and became deputy of Bernard Keller in 2007.
Yves Robert-Charrue, aged 36, will become Head of Investment Solutions Group as of 1 January 2010. He will take over from Boris F.J. Collardi who successfully realigned this important function of Bank Julius Baer and headed it during 2009. Yves Robert-Charrue joined Julius Baer early 2009 as Head of Funds and Product Management responsible for managing the full spectrum of investment funds globally. He gained a broad experience at Credit Suisse.
Bernard Keller, aged 56, shaped the Group’s Ticino and Italian operations during the past seventeen years with great success. As a very experienced private banking professional he will continue to contribute to Julius Baer’s client-centric management culture also as Member of the Group’s Executive Board.
